ARTIFICIAL MARBLE COMPOSITE PLATE MANUFACTURING METHOD

Disclosed is a composite panel manufacturing method utilizing BMC artificial marble. The BMC artificial marble of the present invention is to use an unsaturated polyester resin as a main component. The present invention is configured to prevent the influence of external temperature or humidity such as expansion and shrinkage by using the same components (unsaturated polyester resin) as the BMC artificial marble with special glue. A cross-section of an edge fabricated by laminating with other typical glues may have a projection which is dislocated. The present invention is to insert a reinforcement in order to prevent bending and delaminating at a boundary surface of center heartwood which is bonded to the multi-layer artificial marble.
