An apparatus for analyzing the energy of a building includes an input unit which receives design information which includes a curved wall, a data extracting unit which extracts attribute information from the design information, a database which stores the attribute information, a relative coordinate producing unit which detects the attribute information corresponding to the curved wall among the attribute information and produces a coordinate on a relative coordinate system of a straight wall point corresponding to the curved wall, a coordinate converting unit which converts the coordinate of the straight wall point into a coordinate on an absolute coordinate system, a straight wall generating unit which generates a straight wall corresponding to the straight wall point, an attribute setting unit which generates the attribute information of the straight wall, and a control unit which replaces the attribute information of the curved wall stored in the database by the attribute information of the straight wall. |
