ACTIVATION/INACTIVATION SUPPORT METHOD FOR SERVING CELL, BASE STATION AND TERMINAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for supporting the activation/inactivation of a serving cell by a base station in a radio communication system.SOLUTION: The method includes the steps of: receiving characteristic information of a terminal for use for setting carrier aggregation to the terminal; setting M serving cells to the terminal on the basis of the characteristic information of the terminal; setting an indicator to indicate activation/inactivation of each of the M serving cells; and transmitting the indicator to the terminal. The terminal characteristic information includes an RF characteristic and information related to a component carrier supportable by the terminal. The supportable component carrier is made to correspond to at least one of the M serving cells.
