Disclosed is a railing with chairs. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the railing with chairs includes: guard rails having a plurality of posts installed at fixed intervals along the edge of a bridge and a plurality of safety bars disposed between the neighboring posts, the posts having locking protrusions formed thereon; chairs disposed on portions of the guard rails on which the safety bars are disposed and having support rods fixedly disposed on the locking protrusions; USB(Universal Serial Bus) ports installed on a portion of each guard rail having the safety bars or a portion of each chair; a power supply part disposed on a given portion of the guard rail to be connected to the USB ports to convert solar energy into electric energy by using a solar cell module capable of changing the angle of a solar cell plate according to the positions of the sun and to charge the electric energy thereinto; and a stopper installed on the post on which the chair is disposed to prevent the folded chair from being unfolded by the external force excepting the force of a user.
