The present invention relates to a method for preparing fermentation pills containing Cassia tora and Viscum coloratum and fermentation pills prepared by the same, wherein the method comprises the following steps: mixing Cassia tora and Viscum coloratum at a weight ratio of 1:1 to 2:1, followed by pulverization (S1); adding 1 to 10 parts by weight of yeast and 10 to 50 parts by weight of honey, rice bran, or a mixture thereof, based on 100 parts by weight of water, followed by mixing and fermenting the mixture at 25 to 35°C for 3 to 7 days, thereby preparing a yeast liquid (S2); mixing 30 to 70 parts by weight of the yeast liquid obtained in step (S2) based on 100 parts by weight of the mixture powder of Cassia tora and Viscum coloratum obtained in step (S1) (S3); fermenting the mixture obtained in step (S3) at 25 to 35°C for 1 to 3 days (S4); and molding the fermentation material obtained in step (S4) into pills (S5). The fermentation pills containing Cassia tora and Viscum coloratum, which are prepared according to the present invention, can promote intestinal digestion, improve the performance of eyes, such as relieving eye fatigue, and help to ameliorate constipation, due to the inherent efficacy of Cassia tora; and can alleviate diarrhea and digestive disorders that may be caused by Cassia tora and can promote immunity through an inherent efficacy of Viscum coloratum by mixing Viscum coloratum with Cassia tora. Furthermore, the pills of the present invention, when prepared as a product fermented with yeast, can possess an enhanced taste and quality and be easily taken by all ages and sexes anywhere in pill form, and can significantly improve digestive adsorption, promote health, and be widely used as a functional health food.
