The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a vertical blind fabric, which comprises a fabric transferring process of transferring a curtain at a predetermined interval after unwinding the curtain fabric wound on a roll; a vane pocket forming process of forming a pocket with a predetermined depth by vertically and horizontally pressing and folding the curtain fabric to be formed to be vertical and horizontal by allowing a vane forming blade to reciprocate up and down at the vertically upper side of the curtain fabric which is being transferred; a slat inserting process of inserting a slat into the entrance of the vane forming pocket while the entrance is opened on the present position thereof after the vane pocket forming process; a shielding process of shielding the opened entrance after the slat is inserted; a film sheet inserting process of inserting a film sheet into the entrance at one end of the vane pocket by moving the curtain fabric at a predetermined interval after the shielding process; an ultrasonic welding process of welding the curtain fabric, the slat, and the film sheet by ultrasonic waves in order to integrally form the curtain fabric, the slat, and the film sheet after the film sheet inserting process; a punching process to form a hole, to which the louver hook of a head rail can be inserted, by moving the curtain fabric at a predetermined interval after the ultrasonic welding process; and a winding process of storing the curtain fabric after winding the curtain fabric on a winding roll after the punching process. According to the present invention, a manufacturing method of a mesh fabric and a vane is improved to improve accuracy in the horizontal and the vertical angle of the vane, thereby reducing the loss of the fabric, inducing a window glass to be smoothly shielded, improving productivity, and promoting to create various designs. |
