<p>The present invention relates to a manufacturing method based on a spraying process of polymer microparticles. According to the method, a polymer solution is gained by dissolving polyester polymer in a solvent, ethylene carbonate (indicated as′EC′below) into frozen EC or polymer microparticles by spraying the polymer solution to hypothermal hydrocarbon or alcoholic solution, and then polymer microparticles are manufactured after dissolving and removing ethylene carbonate (EC) by melting the frozen EC or polymer microparticles in a salt solution.</p> |
