The invention relates to the hydraulic mechanical engineering, namely to the submersible electric pumps for pumping polluted waters.The submersible electric pump comprises a pump section and a sealed electric motor (1), disposed in an outer case (7) with the formation of an annular channel (6), equipped with a discharge pipe. Between the electric motor (1) and the pump section is fixed a suction case (4) with a solid inclusion retaining grating (8), which communicates with the chamber of the impeller (3) of the pump section, which communicates with the discharge channels (5 ), made in the case (4), at the same time the channels (5) communicate with the annular channel (6). In the lower bearing shield of the electric motor (1), sealed on its shaft by a seal (2), is made an annular recess, above which is fixed a partition wall (10) with the formation of an annular chamber (9) for the collection of the leakage liquid through the seal (2). The annular chamber (9) communicates with the chamber formed by the seal (2) and the bearing of the electric motor (1) through the through channels (12), made in the bearing shield. In the lower part of the bearing shield is made a hole with a plug (11) for the periodic emptying of the annular chamber (9). |
