摘要	The present invention relates to an intelligent queue management system using near field communications (NFC), which comprises a queuing kiosk generating queuing numbers sequentially; an NFC input/output device connected to the queuing kiosk and reading or writing to receive a queuing number from one side to the other side or receive identification information (a telephone number) from the other side to the one side if an event occurs; and an NFC smart terminal receiving and displaying the queuing number when an NFC is touched. Thus, issuance of queuing number tickets made of thermal paper is minimized and carbon generation is reduced. Particularly, customers can utilize spare time freely for waiting time.
