摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a system and a method for a new tongue diagnosis model developed by analyzing color of tongue, which divide the area of a tongue after pre-processing color pictures of the tongue and determine whether there is a problem to sense sweet, salty, sour and bitter tastes according to the distribution of sensory components of the tongue by using HIS color model. The system for the new tongue diagnosis model comprises the following: a picture acquiring unit which takes pictures of the tongue using a digital camera; a tongue region perceiving unit which perceives a tongue region of interest in the pictures taken by the picture acquiring unit; a tongue region detecting unit which detects only a tongue region from a sequence of the pictures of the tongue by using labeling; a tongue sensory components detecting unit which detects sensory components of the tongue for taste; a tongue sensory components classifying unit which classifies sensory components of the tongue detected by the tongue sensory components detecting unit; a tongue colorimetric model generating unit which develops a model of a color distribution of the sensory components of the tongue classified by the tongue sensory components classifying unit; a sensory innervation color analyzing unit which performs a color analysis using the colorimetric model; a normal state comparing unit which compares a result of the color analysis with the color distribution of a normal state; a sensory components irregularity inferring unit which infers that a result of the comparison has the same color distribution with that of the normal state or different from that of the normal state; and a tongue sensory components problem determining unit which determines whether there is a problem in sensory components of the tongue based on a result of the inference. Therefore, it is possible to determine whether there is a problem to sense tastes according to parts of sensory innervation of the tongue for taste.</p>
