PURPOSE: A touch panel, a touch panel manufacturing method, and a display device having the touch panel are provided to form a second conductive pattern unit and/or an insulation pattern without a separate mask, thereby maximizing the convenience. CONSTITUTION: A first conductive pattern unit(110) is formed on a substrate. The first conductive pattern unit includes first main body members, a first connection member(111b), and a second main body member(112a). An insulation pattern(130) covers a predetermined area of the first connection member. A second conductive pattern unit(120) is formed on the insulation pattern and electrically connects the two second main body members which are adjacent to each other. A protective layer(140) is formed on the second main body member. The second main body member is separated from the first main body member and the first connection member. |
