PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for minimizing the dimension of a phase shifting circuit in the width direction.SOLUTION: A phase shifting circuit 1 (1a-1f) has a signal line 11, a first dielectric plate 12 and a second dielectric plate 13. The signal line 11 has first through third intersections 11c, 11e, 11g extending in a direction intersecting the longitudinal direction of the phase shifting circuit. The first dielectric plate 12 and second dielectric plate 13 have first through third overlap parts 12b, 13b, 12c, 13c, 12d, 13d overlapping the intersections of the signal line 11. When the first dielectric plate 12 and second dielectric plate 13 are moved in the longitudinal direction of the phase shifting circuit, the overlap area of each intersection 11c, 11e, 11g of the signal line 11 and each overlap parts 12b, 13b, 12c, 13c, 12d, 13d of the first dielectric plate 12 and the second dielectric plate 13 changes. |
