The purpose of the present invention is to contribute to faster path switching in an integrated control network. The control device is provided with: a first control information generation unit for generating first control information for transfering packets over a first path to a transfer device targeted for control; a second control information generation unit for generating second control information for transferring a packet group containing a target packets of the first control information, doing so over a second path different from the first path, to the transfer device targeted for control; and a transfer control unit for setting the priority of the second control information to one higher than that of the first control information in the transfer device targeted for control, and instructing the transfer device targeted for control to delete the second control information, to thereby bring about switching of the transfer path of packets suited to at least the first control information. |
