PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stencil printing apparatus that can tear off stencil paper from a drum without trouble in the device caused by a splash member. ! SOLUTION: The stencil printing apparatus comprises: a clamp plate 46 that can displace an upstream end portion GT of stencil paper G between a closed position for holding the upstream end portion GT of the stencil paper G together with a first drum 41 and an opened position for releasing the upstream end portion GT from the first drum 41; and a splash member 47 that when the clamp plate 46 releases the upstream end portion GT from the first drum 41, splashes the upstream end portion GT from the first drum 41. The splash member 47 has: a wire rope 47w expandable in a longitudinal direction; and a wire holding member 47k that imparts predetermined tension in the longitudinal direction of the wire rope 47w. !
