A DC-DC converter is disclosed. The DC-DC converter comprises a switching unit including a first switch and a second switch which are connected in series to a ground from a power supply; an inductor; and a capacitor; a resonating unit which is connected in parallel to at least one of the first switch and the second switch; a transformer unit configured to induce the voltage applied to a primary winding in a secondary winding according to the switching operation of the switching unit; and a rectifying unit configured to output a DC voltage by rectifying the voltage output from the transformer unit.
