PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote meter-reading system capable of increasing the reliability of radio communication while reducing the introduction cost.SOLUTION: Same as a radio slave station 2 and a slave station 3, a master station 1 also acquires a reading data from a power meter 4 and transmits the read data of the radio slave station 2 and the slave station 3 to a collection server 6 together with own read data. With this, the master station 1 can be installed in the same place as the radio slave station 2 and the slave station 3, for example, in a pipe space of a building. Compared to conventional cases in which the master station 1 is installed to an electric pole, installation work of the master station 1 is simplified and introduction cost of the remote meter-reading system can be reduced. Also, compared to the case when the master station 1 is installed to an electric pole, when the master station 1 and the radio slave station 2 are stored in an identical pipe space, the reliability of the radio communication can be increased. |
