The valve has valve housing (11) that includes valve portion (12) that is provided with filter chamber (24) enclosing a filter (28). Axial inlet (25) and axial outlet (26) are provided at either ends on wall surface of valve portion. The filter is placed between end rings (31,32), and whose filter surface (30) is stretched between end rings interconnected via axial web (33). The filter surface covers axial outlet. A sealing surface (34) is provided on wall of filter chamber for sealing upstream portion of filter chamber from downstream portion of filter chamber.
