The present invention includes: a housing unit; a substrate; a switch shaft unit which is accommodated in the housing in one end and is arranged to be movable by being exposed to the housing in the other end; a rotary switch unit which senses and outputs the shaft rotation of the switch shaft unit; a directional switch unit which senses and outputs the tilting directional operation of the switch shaft unit; and a push switch unit which senses and outputs the pressing push operation of the switch shaft unit. The directional switch unit includes: a directional slide part which is able to vary a position in the housing unit by the tilting directional operation of the switch shaft unit; a directional switch which is arranged on the substrate and generates a signal which is changed by being operated by the position variation of the directional slide unit; and a directional return unit which returns the directional slide unit and the switch shaft unit to an original position on a plane. The directional return unit includes: a return plunger which is arranged to be movable in the housing unit; a return elastic part which elastically supports the return plunger by being accommodated in the housing unit; and a return groove which forms the return plunger and the contact state and returns the return plunger to the original position. The return plunger is able to move in the axial length direction of the switch shaft unit about the housing unit. The return groove provides a multi-operating switch unit for vehicle which is formed in the directional slide unit.
