A hybrid LED driving device according to the present invention includes a power supply input end generating AC power; a transformer which transforms an input voltage from the power supply input end to a reference voltage according to a predetermined voltage ratio to supply the reference voltage to a discharge lamp; a power factor compensation circuit which is connected between the power supply input end and the transformer in parallel to compensate a ground power factor; and an LED driving circuit which uses a reversed end of the power supply input end as a reverse input and the output of the power factor compensation circuit as a non-reverse input to drive an LED lamp.
