The purpose of the present invention is to improve workability and transplantation accuracy. A seedling transplanter of the present invention comprises: a driving device; a seedling returning unit for returning seedlings; and a seedling transplanting device (6) for transplanting the seedling returned to a transplantation supply position (A) by means of the seedling returning unit. The seedling returning unit comprises: a top horizontal returning unit (5a) for returning seedlings in a left and right widthwise direction; a descending returning unit which returns the seedlings to the transplantation supply position (A) at the bottom continued to the top horizontal returning unit (5a); and an ascending returning unit which returns the seedlings to a returning start end of the top horizontal returning unit (5a) constituting the outer left, right, and top sides of the device body continued to the descending returning unit. The seedling returning unit is disposed to be tilted to one of the left and right sides constituting the returning start end of the top horizontal returning unit (5a). The seedling transplanting device (6) holds the seedlings in the transplantation supply position (A) by means of a pair of left and right seedling transplantation holding tools so as to be operated in a particular trajectory so that the seedlings are transplanted in a packing. A liquid tank (124) for flowing liquid is installed to be tilted to the left or right opposite side of the seedling returning unit. A liquid discharge tool for discharging liquid to the seedling transplantation holding tool or the packing near the seedling transplantation holding tool is installed only on one side of the seedling transplantation holding tools in order to make the seedling returning unit tilted to left or right. |
