摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an automatic valve device and a pressure regulating valve that suppress clogging of foreign matters and generation of products and that can avoid occurrence of a situation in which a main valve is unable to be closed. SOLUTION: A pressure regulating mechanism 61 is arranged on the primary pressure introducing chamber side of a needle valve 60 in a communication passage 51 that communicates the primary pressure introducing chamber 49 and a secondary pressure introducing chamber 47. The pressure regulating mechanism 61 includes: a pressure regulating chamber 62 that is in communication with the primary pressure introducing chamber 49 through an inflow communicative hole 69; a valve body 65 that is attachably/detachably arranged in the inflow communicative hole 69; and a valve body driving means for driving the valve body 65 so that it may bring the valve body 65 in contact with the inflow communicative hole 69 when a pressure inside the pressure regulating chamber 62 becomes a set pressure and that it makes the valve body 65 recede from the inflow communicative hole 69 when the pressure inside the pressure regulating chamber 62 becomes lower than the set pressure, wherein pressurized water on the primary side introduced into the pressure regulating chamber 62 through the inflow communicative hole 69 is regulated to the set pressure to make it flow to the needle valve 60 side.
