The invention relates to sampling and quality control of bulk materials. A grain sampler includes two pipes placed concentrically. The pipes are connected to pneumo-transportation system and are mounted on lift mechanism with possibility of lifting and lowering. The sampler is additionally equipped with a mechanism for control of immersion to bulk. The mechanism comprises a submersible rod and a terminal switch. The lower end of the submersible rod goes out of the boundaries of the lower part of the sampler. The upper end if the submersible rod is spring-supported with tension spring with possibility of interaction with the terminal switch. The movable contact of the terminal switch is connected though electric circuit to the signal device of any known design. The depth of submersion of the sampler to bulk is directly proportional to the coefficient of rigidity of the tension spring installed. The technical result: improvement of quality and reliability of samples. |
