The present invention relates to a sterilized water production unit which is easily combined with a base member, and a foot bath device for treating athlete′s foot using the same, and specifically, to a sterilized water production unit which produces sterilized water through underwater discharging from feed water, and comprises an electrode plate module formed of a pair of electrode plates and a hollow electrode separator, and a frame located on at least one side of the electrode plate module. The frame includes a separate base member formed of a magnet or one or more metal or magnets corresponding to metals. The sterilized water production unit can be easily combined to the base member using the metals or the magnets, and can be easily separated, thereby have the effect of easy exchange and maintenance. |
