METHOD FOR CORRECTION OF ARTERIAL BLOOD PRESSURE IN PATIENTS WITH ACUTE CORONARY SYNDROME WITH COMORBID ARTERIAL HYPERTENSION IN STENTING OF CORONARY ARTERIES

摘要

A method for the correction of the arterial blood pressure in the patients with the acute coronary syndrome with the comorbid arterial hypertension in stenting of the coronary arteries consists in the intravenous infusion of L-receptor blocker Ebrantil at a dose of 10-50 mg at a rate of 2 mg/min prior to coronarography and the stenting of the coronary arteries for attaining the target arterial blood pressure lower than 140/90 mm Hg.
