PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing apparatus capable of properly improving image quality. ! SOLUTION: An image processing apparatus comprises an input unit, a first color casting correction unit, a food determination unit, and a food correction unit. The input unit receives input of an image. The first color casting correction unit corrects color cast of the image. The food determination unit determines whether or not objects in the image corrected by the first color casting correction unit include food. When the food determination unit determines that food is included in the objects, the food correction unit corrects color components of the image corrected by the first color casting correction unit. !
