PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem associated with a conventional technique where an individual processing condition is determined before determining whether to notify a driver of information in order to avoid notification of extraneous information for the driver, which has caused the time for determination to be long and, further, has caused overall processing in an on-board device to increase because a number of processing conditions has been given, taking a long period of time to determine processing conditions, thus delaying the time for notifying a vehicle driver of the necessary information.SOLUTION: A state condition is determined in the order of state condition number that is set in the ascending order of possibility of a state condition being established relatively to values of state information of an apparatus, in an event definition, to determine whether to process processing content, and therefore, for example, it is possible to shorten the time before notifying a vehicle driver of necessary information. |
