PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly transmit a user's medical care information to those who give first aid on site with privacy of the medical care information protected.SOLUTION: A medical care information management center device comprises: a user identification information storage unit which associates in advance a communication terminal with identification information capable of identifying a user; an emergency medical care information storage unit which stores emergency medical care information for each user in association with the users' identification information; an identification information acquisition unit which acquires identification information of the user of the communication terminal as a transmission source from the user identification information storage unit when receiving a request signal from the communication terminal; a first emergency medical care information processing unit which transmits the emergency medical care information of the transmission source user to the communication terminal of the transmission source user when receiving an emergency signal as the request signal; a second emergency medical care information processing unit which displays the emergency medical care information of the transmission source user to a screen and provides the emergency medical care information to the communication terminal of the transmission source user when receiving a signal different from the emergency signal as the request signal.
