PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To notify a person responsible for serving a dish of the fact that provision of the dish has been delayed.SOLUTION: The order entry system comprises a controller 10 and a serving printer 40. The controller 10 incudes: an order reception unit for receiving order information from a device for inputting an order; an order information storage unit for storing the order information received by the order reception unit and an order date and time of the order shown by the order information; a completion notification reception unit for receiving a completion notification which shows the fact that serving of a dish included in the order information is completed; a lapse time calculation unit for, on the basis of the order date and time of the order information stored in the order information storage unit and a completion date and time of serving shown by the completion notification received by the completion notification reception unit, calculating lapse time from an order to serving; and an output unit for outputting information which shows the lapse time calculated by the lapse time calculation unit to the serving printer 40. |
