PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device in which an appropriate reference potential can be obtained.SOLUTION: A semiconductor device comprises: a semiconductor substrate 12; a reference layer 18 provided on the semiconductor substrate 12 and connected with a reference potential; signal wiring 16 provided to face the reference layer 18 and forming a transmission line along with the reference layer 18; and a stub 20 provided to face the reference layer 18, and having one end connected with the reference layer 18 in conduction therewith, and the other open end, and having a length of 3λ/16-5λ/16λ or 7λ/16-9λ/16, where λ is the wavelength of a signal flowing through the signal wiring 16. |
