PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure measuring device capable of correctly measuring a pressure distribution of a high pressure contact part of MPa to GPa level with a high two-dimension resolution and its temporal variation.SOLUTION: In Fig.1, the pressure measuring device optically detects pressure by utilizing the generation of bright and dark portions in an image obtained by a measuring part 03 according to pressure as a result of a change in transmission characteristics for a wavelength by deformation of a multilayered interference layer 4 by the pressure when monochromatic light from a light source part 01 enters a contact part 02. The device can deal with a wide range of pressure by selecting filter characteristics and perform a highly sensitive measurement, and can perform the measurement with a high-speed and two-dimensional high resolution by constituting the measuring part 03 by a high-speed camera. |
