<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain saving of work by preventing damage on a floor surface at minimum and easily and perfectly extracting an underground pipe.SOLUTION: A hydraulic cylinder 4 is provided around a pipe to be extracted. A housing for storing a chuck 6 arranged in a dividable body so as to prevent an object interfering with the pipe to be extracted from existing in a direction vertical to the pipe to be extracted. When the hydraulic cylinder 4 is contracted, the chuck 6 is easily removed from the pipe.</p> |
