Disclosed are a remote medical managing system and a remote medical managing method which are linked to a caregiver. The system of the present invention comprises a medical measuring device to sense a health status of a user; a user smart terminal to transmit health status information sensed by the medical measuring device, and receive medical prescriptions and messages for the user to be displayed and informed; a remote medical managing server to receive the health status information, transmit the medical prescriptions and messages to the user smart terminal, and charge medical service fees for the user and communications fees based on communications between the user smart terminal and the medical managing server; a doctor in charge terminal to generate the medical prescriptions and messages according to the analysis result of the received health status information by the pre-registered user′s doctor; and a caregiver server to automatically pay, instead of the user, the medical service fees and the communications fees charged by the remote medical managing server and store the corresponding medical records. |
