The present invention relates to a breathalyzer that includes: a housing (1) including an aerobic movement pipe (10) and an alcohol sensor (2) therein; a blow tube (3) that is detachably mounted on one side to communicate with the aerobic movement pipe (10) of the housing (1) for a testee to infuse aerobic air; and display means (4) that is disposed on a front surface of the housing (1) for displaying the testee′s blood alcohol concentration. The breathalyzer that is provided according to the present invention further includes a first microphone (20) and a second microphone (30) that are disposed in order from one side aerobic air inlet (11) connected to the blow tube (3) in the aerobic movement pipe (10) to the other side aerobic air inlet (12), detect a sound wave signal which is generated by aerobic air or intake air flowing in the aerobic movement pipe (10), convert the sound wave signal into first and second electrical signals, and output the first and second electrical signals; and a microcomputer (50) that determines aerobic and intake by using the first and second electrical signals received from the first microphone (20) and the second microphone (30) and outputs a warning signal when aerobic is determined. |
