An autogenous microorganism in Perinereis aibuhitensis is isolated and identified and the microbial decomposing ability is analyzed in the present invention. The isolated microorganism is found to have a decomposing ability of DNA, agar, starch, and tween, have an excellent decomposing ability of a protein, a carbohydrate, and a lipid, and have resistance to salinity to have a high applicability to purification of a contaminated tidal environment. |
