PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus with two rotating parts rotatable with respect to a body part, which prevents main exterior portions from abutting on each other, to keep satisfactory appearance. ! SOLUTION: The imaging apparatus comprises: a body part 1; a first rotating part which is pivotally supported to be rotatable with respect to the body part and has a first rotation axis; a second rotating part 4 which is pivotally supported to be rotatable with respect to the body part and has a second rotation axis different in orientation from the first rotation axis; and regulation means 33 and 34 for regulating the rotation angle of the second rotating part. The regulation means vary the regulating range of the rotation angle of the second rotating part from a figure 10(a) to a figure 10(c) in accordance with the rotation angle of the first rotating part. !
