PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device control apparatus which normally restarts operation of devices when voltage to be supplied to a plurality of devices from a battery is resumed, and a device control method.SOLUTION: A device control apparatus includes a monitoring unit, a first processing unit, and a second processing unit. The monitoring unit monitors a state of voltage to be supplied from a battery. When the monitoring unit detects start of voltage supply, the first processing unit starts supplying voltage from a battery to some of devices which are supplied with power from the battery, and operates in first operation mode to resume the devices. When the resume is completed, the second processing unit starts supplying voltage from the battery to the devices other than the above devices, initializes states of the devices other than the above devices, and operates in second operation mode larger in power consumption than the first operation mode. |
