<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collect posted information, and automatically determine value of the collected information.SOLUTION: An information collection device comprises: acquisition means that acquires posted information including a price corresponding to a certain commodity from a terminal; information storage means that stores the posted information; and information value calculation means that calculates value for the posted information. The information value calculation means searches the posted information storage means for posted information related to the commodity and a store within a predetermined range from a store corresponding to the posted information, and calculates the value on the basis of the price and a price included in the search result.</p> |
