PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-temperature preservation system in which denaturation of a specimen stored in a container or occurrence of bedewing on the container is prevented without raising temperature of the container during extracting operation, which can be operated at high speed without requiring special apparatuses, in which cost required for manufacture or operation is reduced and of which the operation is facilitated.SOLUTION: A low-temperature preservation system 100 comprises container accommodation means 110 which is configured to be movable in an upper space of a low-temperature storage chamber 101 where a plurality of containers C storing specimens therein are accommodated. The container accommodation means 110 includes: a low-temperature accommodation tank 120 of which the upper side is opened, for accommodating the containers C therein; and a refrigerant pipe 121 for cooling the inside of the low-temperature accommodation tank 120. |
