PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a mobile terminal to be used as a medium for a key.SOLUTION: A key distribution system 1 comprises: a mobile terminal 2; a key distribution server 3; and a management server 4. When receiving from the mobile terminal 2 an application for receiving service, the management server 4 notifies the key distribution 3 of the application. When receiving the notification from the management server 4, the key distribution server 3 requests user information on a user on the notification from the management server 4. When receiving the request for the user information from the key distribution server 3, the management server 4 notifies the key distribution server 3 of the user information. When the user information is notified of, the key distribution server 3 grants a right to permit to issue key data for the user information to the management server 4 and distributes the key data issued by the management server 4 to a target mobile terminal 2. |
