Provided in the present invention are an adhesive composition having an excellent anti-static performance while not losing an adhesive performance, and an adhesive film, a surface protective film, and an optical film using the same. Provided in the present invention is an adhesive composition having an anti-static performance, which contains an anti-static agent composed of a neutralized salt of an inorganic acid of strong acidity and an organic base of strong alkalinity, and an adhesive resin component. The inorganic acid having zero or less of acid dissociation constant (pKa) in 25°C water and the organic base having 8 or more of acid dissociation constant (pKa) are preferred.
