Disclosed is an NFC tag-based vehicle insurance service providing method. The NFC tag-based vehicle insurance service providing method comprises a step where a user terminal stores a vehicle insurance tag number in an NFC tag; a step where the user terminal transmits the vehicle insurance tag number to a vehicle insurance server when a service request is generated; a step where the vehicle insurance server inquires detailed contents of a vehicle insurance stored in a vehicle insurance database and transmits detailed contents of the vehicle insurance and the detailed contents of the service request to a call center counselor terminal; a step where the call center counselor terminal outputs the detailed contents of the corresponding vehicle insurance and the detailed contents of the service request on a screen and makes a call to the user terminal which is assigned; a step where the call center counselor terminal transmits the detailed contents of the vehicle insurance and the detailed contents of the service request to a dispatcher terminal assigned by a dispatcher assignment request; a step where the assigned dispatcher terminal transmits the location information of a dispatcher to the assigned user terminal; and a step where the assigned dispatcher terminal displays the detailed contents of the vehicle insurance and the detailed contents of the service request and makes a call to the user terminal. |
