A method and node for detecting an erroneous sequence of subframes in inverse multiplexing, comprising: a receiver node receives subframes from a transmitter node and determines whether or not trail trace identifiers carried in the subframes received are identical to an expected trail trace identifier of a subframe to-be-received, and, when the trail trace identifiers carried in the subframes received are all identical to the expected trail trace identifier of the subframe to-be-received, determines whether or not subframe number values carried in the subframes fall within an expected subframe number range of the subframe to-be-received, and if the subframe number values carried in the subframes received are determined as not falling within the expected subframe number range of the subframe to-be-received, then determines that the subframes are in an erroneous sequence. |
