A heat-loss preventing device for a rolled material is provided. According to the present invention, the heat-loss preventing device for the rolled material prevents the local heat loss of the rolled material due to cooling water of a rolling roll. The heat-loss preventing device comprises first and second rolling rolls spaced apart from each other at predetermined intervals and arranged on the upper and lower parts of the device to be able to rotate, for rolling the rolled material supplied therebetween; a water jacket placed on the upper part of the first or second rolling roll, for spraying cooling water onto surfaces of the first and second rolling rolls; and a cooling water blocking unit spaced apart from the first and second rolling rolls at predetermined distances, for blocking the cooling water from directly contacting the rolled material, wherein the cooling water runs down after being sprayed onto the surfaces of the first and second rolling rolls. |
