<p>PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a polymer blend resin is provided to utilize supercritical carbon dioxide and to improve compatibility, thermal resistance, and mechanical properties. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a polymer blend resin composition includes a step of melt-extruding a polymer substrate blend which includes a first polymer and a second polymer. The polymer substrate blend includes 50-98 parts by weight of a first polymer and 2-50 parts by weight of a second polymer based on 100.0 parts by weight of the substrate polymer blend, an initiator, and a polyfunctional additives. The supercritical fluid includes supercritical carbon dioxide and is injected at 20-300 >= and a pressure of 10-500 bar.</p> |
