FIELD: personal use articles.SUBSTANCE: dispenser includes a body (2) determining the receptacle volume (20) and having a hole (22) for access to the receptacle volume and an insert part (3) that is inserted into the body receptacle volume through the body hole. The insert part is designed so that it has a receptacle part (30) for paper, non-woven materials or napkins to be dispensed and is equipped with a closure part (32) for closing the body hole after the insert part has been completely inserted into the body. In the closure part of the dispenser insert part there is a dispensing hole (34) with a cover (4) attached to the insert part for closing it. The body and the cover are manufactured of a resilient material, in particular, a rubber material or silicone, while the insert part is manufactured of a rigid material, in particular, PE, metal or wood which ensures the possibility of easy retention of the dispenser inside a car without the necessity to apply additional retention means. The cover material should preferably have higher friction that that of the insert part, in particular, a higher friction against the user's finger.EFFECT: ensuring the possibility of access to the dispensing hole with one hand.16 cl, 10 dwg |
