FIELD: food industry.SUBSTANCE: biologically active additive contains substances intensifying protection functions of the organism. The biologically active food additive contains dry deer blood, natural honey, sesame oil, garlic oil, amaranth oil, natural propolis and tomato lycopene complex at the following components ratio, wt %: natural honey -46-50, sesame oil - 16-18, garlic oil - 15-17, amaranth oil - 12-14, dry deer blood - 4-6, natural propolis - 0.2-2.2, tomato lycopene complex - balance.EFFECT: invention allows to produce a biologically active food additive manifesting synergistic effect on the human organism, aimed at improvement of hemorheology, enhancement of immunity and haemoglobin level as well as decrease of lipids and cholesterol level in blood; the biologically active food additive has an enhanced antiviral, anti-microbial and antioxidant effect.6 ex |
