摘要 The present invention relates to a wireless communication system. In detail, the present invention relates to a technique for transmitting a downlink reference signal in a wireless communication system in which one base station simultaneously transmits signals to a plurality of user equipment, and a control signal containing information on the allocation of a reference signal of specific user equipment and layer information for specifying the transport layer of the specific user equipment is transmitted to the specific user equipment, wherein the information on the allocation of the reference signal contains information for indicating whether or not a reference signal pattern, other than the reference signal pattern in which the reference signal of the specific user equipment is multiplexed, is transmitted in a predetermined resource region.

A method for transmitting, by a base station, a user specific reference signal to a user equipment in a wireless communication system, the method comprising: transmitting, by the base station, a control signal including reference signal pattern information for the user equipment and layer information for the user equipment; and transmitting, by the base station, the user equipment specific reference signal and one or more transmission layers to the user equipment on a predetermined resource area based on the control signal, wherein the reference signal pattern information includes information indicating a maximum number of resource elements reserved for transmission of user equipment specific reference signals on the predetermined resource area,information indicating a length of orthogonal cover codes used in multiplexing the user equipment specific reference signals,information indicating a number of resource elements occupied per reference signal pattern, andinformation indicating whether or not there is a second reference signal pattern, which is different from a first reference signal pattern used for the user equipment, and which is used for another user equipment, on the predetermined resource area, and wherein the layer information includes information indicating a total number of transmission layers transmitted on the predetermined resource area, andinformation specifying the one or more transmission layers for the user equipment among the transmission layers transmitted on the predetermined resource area.
