According to the present invention, a water treatment apparatus comprises a reverse osmosis membrane filter and a CDI filter provided on the upstream side of the reverse osmosis membrane filter. The CDI filter may include a first CDI electrode module and a second CDI electrode module to selectively receive raw water to filtrate. An amount of concentrated water enriched with contaminants in the reverse osmosis membrane filter is significantly low, and the effective life of the reverse osmosis membrane is long since scale in the reverse osmosis membrane is reduced. |
