An interconnection work is absolutely necessary for power supply, when a monorail and a hoist are used as power sources to directly control and hoist a commercial stop log. However, it is disadvantageous and irrational to perform the interconnection work for power supply and install expensive monorail and the hoist to use the stop log, which is occasionally and temporarily operated for maintenance and repair, considering the increased construction costs, construction period, and safety problems. On the contrary, the present invention enables an operator to easily control, hoist, and move the stop log by comprising a manual handle; a plurality of sprockets; and a chain, wherein a manual handle generates rotatory power to rotate the sprockets, the sprockets are interlocked with the chain to directly control and hoist the stop log by vertically moving the stop log. The manual hoist for the stop log has economic feasibility and safety by making it unnecessary to perform the separate interconnection work for power supply and to use expensive equipment such as the monorail or the hoist, since a plurality of casters are provided on the lower end of a frame assembly which is a transferring means guiding a gap of a guiding body to be assembled to the stop log and automatically attaching or detaching a hook to or from a handle part, and the operator can move to transfer the stop log to a destination point when the manual hoist for the stop log being used is vertically moved. |
