A solid-state image pickup device of the present invention comprises a filter part which has a filter which is arranged in each pixel and transmits each color corresponding to multiple pixels, which receive a beam of preset color, and a micro lens array part which has multiple micro lenses which are stacked on the filter part, collect the beam of each pixel, and are arranged with an array shape corresponding to the pixel. The micro lenses are formed with at least two types of different shapes by corresponding to the color of the beam which the pixel receives. And also the end parts of the adjacent micro lenses are in contact with each other. |
